My Mom used to make this dip when we would go on vacation to places like Quadna. Erick loves Nacho Cheese dip so I decided to bring back the 70's with this old school rendition. It couldn't be easier and is a guilty pleasure.
Ro*Tel Tomato Nacho Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
- 10 ounce can Ro*Tel Tomatoes
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 Teaspoon El Yucateco Habarnero Sauce
- Combine Ro*Tel Tomatoes, cubed Velveeta cheese and Habarnero Sauce
- Microwave 7 minutes on 70% power, stir half way through
- Put in jars and store in refrigerator
- Dip tortilla chips in warm Ro*Tel Tomato Nacho Cheese Sauce
