Farmers Market Fresh Tomato Salsa
Ingredients:
- 5 Tomatoes, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeds removed, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoon poblano pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Fresh ground Pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon El Yucateco Habarnero Sauce
Directions:
- Chop ingredients as directed and combine everything in bowl,
- Stir and serve with chips or tacos..or just eat with a spoon and pretend it is a salad
